Abstract (EN)
Anaerobic biogas production is a technology which is widely used in developed countries. There are many scientific research studies are conducted all over the world. These studies include the parameters effecting anaerobic biogas production process and production efficiency. In this study, first the characteristics of layer hen manure have been determined, then the effects of pre-treatment of the manure on the biogas production and the methane content of the produced biogas have been examined. As a result of the study, the values of the sludge to be fed to fermenter to decompose in the anaerobic medium have been found as 7.42% Total solid, 73.86% volatile solid, and 78.35% CH4 Thus, the ideal environment conditions have been identified to achieve the maximum level of biogas production from the manure of layer hen. According to the obtained datas, two upflow anaerobic sludge reactor were made of design within biogas plants. And then one biogas plant was set up with the support of the ministry of industry. The biogas measurements were made continiously in this biogas plant and this gas were compared with previous experimental results. The hen manure which included 7,42% total solid was feed to biogas plant. The working had three different application. These were two reactor, one reactor and the lastly one reactor with recycle system. According to biogas measurements, the two reactor system had more production of biogas between 10% and 12% then the one reactor system. Also the one reactor with recycle system had more production of biogas between 3% and 5% then the one reactor system.
