Abstract (EN)
The era we live in is the era in which the highest technology that humanity has ever had has been developed. These technologies continue to develop and progress rapidly day by day. The consumer profile is changing, new products in the field of technology are rapidly becoming obsolete and are being replaced by a more innovative, more advanced version. For this reason, for companies competing in the field of high technology, taking quick action and producing the newest product or service are the most important capabilities. This capability, on the other hand, depends on the development of the company's innovative perspective and its ability to implement innovation in business processes. In the first part of this study, high technology and high-tech companies were tried to be introduced, then in the second part, the most important factor of creating innovative products or services, the concepts of research and development, were mentioned in detail. Afterwards, the concepts of R&D centers and technoparks were explained in detail. After evaluating the support and incentives given within the scope of R&D in our country, the concept of innovation, which is a must for a high technology company, is mentioned in the third section. After the process and types of innovation were explained in detail, the material and method parts of the study were explained in the fourth section, and the relevant discussion was made in the fifth section and the study was concluded with the conclusion section.
