Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between possible reforms in primary-middle, occupational-technical, and higher education levels as well as high technology production and exportation-considering international indicators. The study was conducted based on an empirical method. Models and hypotheses created to be compatible with the objective of this study were evaluated using quantitative methods such as a descriptive study method and questionnaire technique. The study data were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 and LISREL 8.7 programs. The measurement features of the scales developed for the pilot study were tested in the first stage of the study. Within this scope, item analyses and item-total correlation analyses were carried out, and the scale items' internal consistency were determined. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was implemented for the scale items to confirm the explained factor structure. As a result of these analyses, it was determined that the scales showed high reliability and were within the expected fit indices. Demographic and descriptive analyses regarding the main study, which were repeated after the pilot study, were presented using frequency and percentage analysis, and participants' level of agreement to the items. In the final stage, the model, which was created to investigate the effect of independent variables in the study hypothesis on dependent variables and to find a solution to the main problem of the study, was examined using the structural equation model via LISREL. Thus, this study concluded that possible reforms in primary-middle, occupational-technical, and higher education in Turkey would affect high technology production and exportation expectedly.
