The objective of this investigation is to reveal the relation among academic leadership, organizational justice, organizationalethical climate in higher education according to the opinions of the academicians.The relational survey model, a quantitative research approach, was used to conduct this study. The Academic Leadership scale, the Organizational Justice scale, and the Organizational E thical Climate scale were administered to 704 academicians working at a state university located in Central Anatolia. SPSS 27.0 was utilized to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analyzes were used. It indicated that academicians have a high level of academic leadership, moderate level of organizational justice and ethical climate perception. The study is structured using a survey model within the framework of a quantitative research methodology. It indicated that academicians have a high level of academic leadership, moderate level of organizational justice and ethical climate perception.The research findings showed that all dimensions determining perceptions of academic leadership, organizational justice, and ethical climate are positively interrelated. It was stated that academic leadership positively affects the ethical climate, explaining 55.5% of it, and similarly, positively affects the perception of organizational justice, explaining 33.9% of it.This research has demonstrated that academic leadership is a determining factor in terms of organizational ethics and organizational justice. It has revealed that academic leadership has an impact on the organizational ethical climate and organizational justice. By focusing on the roles of professional development, higher education culture, and higher education management in these dynamics, institutions can develop strategies to strengthen organizational ethics and justice.These findings can help academic leaders and higher education administrators identify areas to focus on to reinforce institutional ethical va lues.Keywords: Academician, Leadership, Academic leadership, Organizational justice, Organizational ethical climate, Quantitative research
