The importance of this study comes from the importance of the Quranic story and its credibility in general, as well as From the strangeness of the story of the Prophet Yunus and its connection with educational issues that need to be addressed at all times, the study used the inductive and deductive approach when monitoring the texts related to the story of Yunus PBUH, then extracting its educational contents and presenting a vision for its applications by educational institutions such as the family, school, mosque and the media . The most important conclusions of the study that The story of Yunus PBUH, mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, is a living example of the Qur'anic story with educational dimensions and faith-based illumination, and that among its educational contents are related to the doctrinal aspect, such as faith in God Almighty, His monotheism, and patience in His decree and destiny, and among them is what is related to the devotional aspect, such as supplication and its impact on life, repentance, and praise, and what is obtained from them of faith values and devotional, psychological and physical fruits, including what is related to the advocacy side, such as patience with the costs of calling, not despairing of guiding people, and not rushing to answer, and some of them are related to the social aspect such as the wisdom of trial and the need for a good example, as it is one of the most important means of preserving the identity of individuals, and achieving steadfastness in their souls, and the development of the spirit of responsibility, creativity and ambition, and the study pointed to the sensitivity of the role of educational institutions: (the family, the mosque, Quranic centers and the media) in applying the educational meanings of the story of Yunus, PBUH, and benefiting from them in their educational plans.
