The analyses of the surah Yusuf in terms of rhetoric (belaghat)

Linguistic and rhetorical analyzes are one of the most striking subjects in Qur'an exegesis and early Qur'an-centered literary studies. Since Islamic scholars regard the Qur'an as a miracle of language, the abundance and richness of research in this direction should not be surprising. Our study under the title of "The Analyses of the Surah Yusuf In Terms of Rhetoric (Belaghat)" aims to reveal some of the richness in question. Surah Yusuf is a special story that concisely describes hundreds of events and a very long period of time. Although other Qur'anic stories are interspersed in different suras of the Qur'an, the story of Yusuf is mentioned in a single surah. The fact that the subjects covered in the surah are very comprehensive and that they are all compressed into one surah has resulted in the use of many of the literary arts that fall under the science of rhetoric.
