Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is tried to examine face to face sales activities within the marketing concept and to evaluate the activities related to expectations from the sales person. Accordingly, establishing direct interaction with customers in face-to-face sales processes gives various obligations to enterprises in order to obtain more professional results. Employee satisfaction is the first factor to be taken into consideration. Based on this, the measures to increase satisfaction levels are also an important factor. In addition to the extensive literature review on this basis, the analysis was carried out with SPSS. Accordingly, the socio-demographic information of the employees was learned and the factors affecting the expectations in face-to-face sales were discussed. Evaluations of the analyzes based on the CHI-SQUARE test were developed. As a result of the study, it was determined that the participants considered economic, psychosocial, organizational and administrative tools as sources of motivation. Their assessment of their institution is generally on the basis of determining that they are satisfied. In this context, it was ensured that the elements expressed in the study were evaluated in a wide scope and hypotheses were established and their accuracy was investigated.
