Abstract (EN)

In this study, the definitions of generations and their views on business life were examined by reviewing domestic and foreign literature, and the rewarding perception was investigated together with purpose, importance, types and principles, and the main features of Z Generation and their expectations in terms of reward from their managers in working life were discussed in detail. Participations of the study are in the age range of the Z Generation students of Eskişehir Anadolu University Yunus Emre Campus, Department of Economics, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, 1st and 2nd class 180 person and the 20 students who are encountered in the library. Survey method was applied as data collection technique in the study. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, it has been concluded that there was no relation between the expectations of the future working life of the Z Generation participating in the survey and the demographic situations such as the age group, education level and the sector they wanted to work, but these factors were not overlooked. However, the only effective demographic feature was determined as gender, and it became clear that women paid more attention to the issue of internal rewards than men. As a result of the averages of the points, it can be considered that this difference is caused by structural and emotional differences between men and women.
