Zekat nisabi bağlaminda fakirlik ve kifayet

Islamic legislation has provided a special system of social solidarity for mankind, represented in the legislation of Zakat - is considered the third of the five pillars of Islam- which guaranteed the right of the poor and the needy. Also, Islamic law through Zakat eliminated the societal class that was prevalent at that time. What distinguishes the legislation of Zakat is that it doesn't not let the matter to the wealthy to distribute Zakat as they want, to whomever they want, but rather stipulated special conditions in distributing it up to the intended objective. In this research, we will discuss the conditions of the poor who deserve Zakat. The research will begin with a quick primer that deals with Zakat and its spending generally and quickly. Then after that, the term poverty and what is meant by it will be studied according to Sharia, and when the poor deserves Zakat, and the doctrinal controversy between the sects in this subject, and some emerging issues related to poverty and its legitimacy also will be studied.
