The critical edition and evaluation of the work Adab al-Awsiyâ of Zenbillizade Fudayl Çelebi

Some of 'the classical works' which are in manuscript form and among the written sources of Islamic culture still maintain their importance and actuality. One of these works is the manuscript of Adab al-awsiya by Zenbillizade Fudayl Çelebi. We aim to fulfill our responsibility for the past and contribute to the new findings and information in contemporary studies by examining this work. The study consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. After providing information about the subject, scope and aim of the thesis in the introduction, we explained the methods and techniques followed in this study. In the first chapter, we evaluated the life and personality of Fudayl Çelebi, the author of the examined work, and the information we obtained about his other works. In the second chapter, we attempted to present the author's approaches to bequest by evaluating the relevant work. In the third chapter, we included the critically edited text after introducing the editions of the work. Finally, we offered a general evaluation of the opinions that we reached as a result of our study in the conclusion.
