Abstract (EN)

Soil quality is being deteriorated and soil organic matter content is decreasing due to unsuitable production techniques. Air, water and plant nutrition activity is impeded and plant growth is also damaged. In this study, it was aimed to gain back the olive oil solid waste (OSW for usage in agriculture) in Turkey. In this research, olive oil solid waste and OSW compost were mixed in different rates with soils and their effects of OSW on soil physical properties were determined. Finaly their effects on plant root development was investigated.
