Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is synthesis of molecular imprinted polymers for the separation of oleuropein from extract of olive leaves and investigation of usage of these polimer as solid sorbent. Oleuropeinis an abundant molecule where in olive leaf and has many antimicrobial, antiviral, antifundal features. First of all, oleuropein imprinted polymers have been prepared by the suspension polymerization using methacrylolamidoantiprine?iron (III) (MAAP-Fe) monomers. After that, the oleuropein adsorption capacity of the prepared MIPs has been determined by batch experiments. Finally, the usage of the MIPs as sorbent in the solid-phase extraction cartridge for the seperation oleuropein from crude extract of olive leaves has been realized. The maximum adsorption capacity of oleuropein was found to be 140 mg g-1. Obtained MISPE method could be used for at least 10 times for purification of oleuropein from olive leaf.
