Abstract (EN)
Zigbee, especially remote control, monitoring, automation, and is an established protocol for wireless sensor networks. Zigbee, IEEE 802.15.4 with code in a wireless personal area network (LR-WPAN) low power consumption and low data rate includes the standard. Wireless Sensor Networks, temperature, sound, vibration, pressure, physical or environmental conditions or pollutants in mobility, distributed environment to monitor and to transfer data over the network to the main unit is composed of autonomous sensors. Wireless sensor networks have been observed in studies on the Zigbee standard; remote monitoring, control and sensing networks that determine the requirements of the application are based on leading technology standards. ZigBee building automation-home monitoring of patients, has a very wide range of applications to environmental monitoring of the security system. At the same time the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) traffic detection systems, which are important elements, traffic measurement, widely used in many advanced traffic signal control systems, such as traffic-induced. Wireless sensor networks are flexibility, ease of installation, thanks to remote maintenance and low cost scalable everywhere in traffic control systems and has deployable structures. Zigbee low power consumption, ensures the longevity of the wireless sensor node. But usually battery-powered receiver for these systems - leads to power restrictions on the transmitter unit. In addition, many of ITS applications, wireless sensor causes the signal to be buried in the place of the missing node and adversely affect the communication distance. For these reasons, wireless communication, safe way to achieve high antenna performance with the same output power range comes to the fore. As possible to the antenna can be mounted on a wireless sensor node and small gain to meet the design requirements and is expected to have a bandwidth. In this study, using a Zigbee-based wireless sensor XBee modules Network (WSN) is founded on a signalized intersection traffic monitoring and control applications of the model was carried out. In this context, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) has been designed as a component of Adaptive Traffic Control System. Also it designed a microstrip antenna increases the communication distance based on system performance and standards-compliant antenna was conducted. The applications and the test sensor is placed in a convenient distance from the result of the study with the main control unit in which, is easily and securely wireless communication in both directions has been found to have a consistent and satisfactory performance with the system of the designed antenna.
