Abstract (EN)

Aim: The purpose of this study is based on the child of intellectuel disabled individuals parents and to determine their attitude towards sports lessons. Material and Method: This research is based on the body of mentally disabled individuals parents. Quantitative research to determine their attitudes towards education and sports classes. It has been done by using descriptive scanning model. Mentally disabled individual to determine the attitudes of their parents towards physical education and sports classes, The Development Of A Parents Attıtude Scale Towards Physıcal Educatıon Class By Öncü And Güven Scale has been used. Results: According to the findings of the study, the mentally disabled individual attitudes towards physical education and sports classes, age, educational status, monthly income and while there was a significant difference according to the gender variables of their children (p<0.05), It was determined that there was no significant difference in terms of gender variable (p> 0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of the study, mentally disabled individual's parents significant differences in education levels and attitudes towards pyhsical education and sports classes differences were found. Based on this result, the educational status of the parents. It can be said that it is an important factor in attitude towards physical education and sports lesson.
