Abstract (EN)
Nowadays chain-gear mechanism is widely used for purposes such as motion transmission, power transmission and lifting. There are many essential parametres for the proper functioning of this mechanisms. One of the most important parametres is angular compliance of the chain gear system. In this study, an experimental setup is prepeared in order to examine the effects of faulty installation on chain gear mechanism. Effects of forces to chain link are examined after the angular movement of gearwheel on prepeared experimental setup. Values of forces under different loadings are measured and analyzed with graphics. Values of measurement are taken with the help of strain gage attached on the experimental setup.Key Words: Chain, sprocket, load
