Özet (EN)

In today's tourism industry, with increasing competition among destinations, the differentiation between destinations has become an important element in attracting tourists. Tourism destinations need to make their tourist services and products more varied, more sophisticated and more special so that they can attract attention, they need to distinguish themselves from other competing destinations. One of the most important elements that differentiate destinations is cultural assets and cultural values. In order to attract cultural visitors and thus increase income from the visit, it is important to work towards visitor satisfaction and determination of their perceptions. In this context, the study examines the effects on the satisfaction of crowd and atmosphere perception. In the first part of this three-part study, the connection of culture and cultural assets with tourism has been examined in detail. In the second part, visitor management in the scope of sustainable tourism is discussed and visitor management and visitor satisfaction relation are examined.
