Abstract (EN)
Key Words: thin films, dipping method, ZnO, amorphous substrates, Al doping. In this work, thin films and thin film preparation techniques are described and the works done by the researchers from the year 1990 upto now are summarised. Undoped and aluminium doped thin films are prepared and their optical properties are searched. The first chapter of the thesis consists of the information about amorphous and crystallic structures whereas in the second chapter the techniques producing the thin films are mentioned shortly. In the third chapter the works done by the researchers throuhout the scientific world on ZnO structures are briefly summarised. The last chapter gives the results related to the Al-doped and undoped ZnO thin films. In this chapter XRD patterns, UV-vis spectra and SEM data are reported and at the end of the chapter some future works are described.
