Abstract (EN)
Key Words: Thin films; Thin films coating; ZnO; Amorphous structure; Crystal structure İn this study the articles about thin films which is made today from 1990 have been investigated. And then varied percentage of Cu ion has been doped to ZnO thin films covered on the slice of glass. At the first chapter we gived information about crystal and amorphous structures. We also described importance these structures. At the second chapter we teked in hand to technics of coating thin films in detail. At the third chapter we presented studies of thin films that has been made to day from 1990 and we accented some studies. At the fourth chapter after we prepared solution of ZnO by dipping process, we coated on surface of the glass slice. And then we doped percentage of varied Cu ion onto coated ZnO thin film and we told results of studies. And finally , inicated discussions and suggestions about studies.
