Determination of the problems of the teachers who were relocated mandatorily

This study has been conducted to determine the problems experienced as aresult of forced migration (banishment) of teachers by examining the matter in a conceptual and theoretical framework and scanning relevant literature. Forced migration, which is a topic not examined by researchers today, is a topic concerned with the psychology, socialenvironment, private life of the teacher and the perspective toward teaching profession. It has been concluded by researchers that qualifications held by school manager play a determining role in comfortable and highly efficient working environment. Also, determining the causes of forced displacement which bear serious negative consequences and taking measures, the effect of school administrators' attitudes and behavior to the process in forced migration (banishment) will shed light to this study Key words:: Mobbing, workplace bullying, psychological harrasment, jobstress, verbal abuse, psychological violence, psychological terrorism
