Fuzzy set valued interval soft sets
This thesis consists of seven sections. In section 1, a detailed literature review and the motivation of the thesis are presented. A few fundamental definitions and procedures for soft sets and fuzzy sets are introduced in Section 2. In Section 3, the definition of set- valued intervals is given and their operations are presented. In Section 4, the definition and operations of set-valued interval soft sets in light of the literature review are explained. In Section 5, the concept of fuzzy set-valued intervals is described, and their operations are explained with examples. In Section 6, fuzzy set-valued interval soft sets are discussed, along with their operations, and the properties of the operations are further investigated with examples. In Section 7, information about the thesis's overall framework is provided and the thesis's findings are discussed.

Bu tez beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde literatür incelemesi, tezin motivasyonu ve katkısı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde graf, bulanık kümeler ve bulanık bağıntılarla ilgili temel kavramlar sunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde, bulanık graflarla ilgili temel kavramlar ve bulanık graf işlemleri sunulmuştur. Ayrıca bulanık graf işlemleri ile ilgili teoremler verilmiş ve örneklerle daha anlaşılır kılınmıştır. Beşinci bölümde tezin önemi ve sonuçları hakkında bilgiler sunulmuştur.
Complex interval-valued t-spherical fuzzy sets andtheir applications in multi-criteria decision making
his thesis consists of six chapters. In section 1, literature review, motivation of the thesis and contributions of the thesis in literature are presented. In section 2, the basic definitions and theorems that will be used throughout the thesis are given. In section 3, the concept of complex interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy (CIVT-SF) sets is recalled, and their set- theoretical operations such as union, intersection and complement and score and accuracy functions of CIVT-SF numbers are introduced. Also, arithmetic operations between two CIVT-SF numbers are defined and some results related to these operations are obtained. In section 4, some novel aggregation operators called complex interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy weighted arithmetic aggregation (CIVTSFWAA) operator and complex interval- valued T-spherical fuzzy weighted geometric aggregation (CIVTSFWGA) operator are introduced and some of their basic properties are investigated. In section 5, a decision- making method is developed based on defined averaging operators. Also, to show the progrees of the proposed method an application is given. In section 6, some explanations related to the results of the thesis are presented.
Q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets and their some aggregation operators
This thesis consists of seven sections. In Section 1, detailed literature review and aim of the thesis are explained. In Section 2, definitions of fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set, Pythagorean fuzzy set and q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets, and operations between the q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers are presented with their examples. In Section 3, definitions of q-Rung orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging and weighted geometric operators and their properties are presented. Also, for every formula and properties, examples are given. In Section 4, q-rung orthopair fuzzy Bonferroni mean and q-rung orthopair weighted Bonferroni mean operators are given and their properties are presented with their examples. In Section 5, q-rung orthopair fuzzy Heronian mean and q-rung orthopair weighted Heronian mean operators are given and their properties are presented with their examples. In Section 6, q-rung orthopair fuzzy Maclaurin symmetric mean and q-rung orthopair weighted Maclaurin symmetric mean operators are given and their properties are presented with their examples. In Section 7, some explanations are made about the results of the thesis.
Tereddütlü bulanık parametreli tereddütlü bulanık esnek kümeler ve uygulamaları
Bulanık küme kavramı belirsizlik içeren problemlerin modellenmesinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Gerçek hayattaki bazı problemlerin modellenmesinde güçlüklerle karşılaşıldığından bulanık kümelerin genişletilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Son yıllarda bir çok araştırmacının dikkatini çeken tereddütlü bulanık küme ve esnek küme kavramları bunlardan bazılarıdır. Bu tezde, tereddütlü bulanık parametreli esnek (TBPE) küme kavramı ve bu kümeler arasındaki küme işlemleri tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra TBPE kümelerin bir genellemesi olarak tereddütlü bulanık parametreli tereddütlü bulanık esnek (TBPTBE) küme kavramı ve küme işlemleri tanımlanmıştır. Kavramları daha anlaşılır kılmak için temel tanımlar örneklerle desteklenmiştir. Ayrıca; Hamming, Öklid ve Hausdorff mesafe ölçüm yöntemlerine dayalı olarak, TBPTBE kümeler için bazı mesafe ölçüm yöntemleri tanıtılmıştır. Ardından, TBPTBE veri ortamında mesafe ölçüm yöntemleri ve birleştirme operatörüne dayalı iki karar verme algoritması geliştirilmiştir. Son olarak, önerilen karar verme yöntemlerinin bazı uygulamaları sunulmuş ve mevcut yöntemlerle karşılaştırılmıştır.
Tip-2 tekil değerli nötrosofik kümelerin uzaklık ölçümleri ve karar vermedeki uygulamaları
Bu tezde tip-2 tekil değerli nötrosofik küme kavramı ve bunların bazı işlemleri tanımlanmıştır. Hausdorff, Hamming ve Öklid mesafelerine dayanan tip-2 tekil değerli nötrosofik kümeler için bazı mesafe ölçüm yöntemleri tanımlanmış ve bunların bazı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, tip-2 tekil değerli nötrosofik ortam altında TOPSIS yaklaşımına dayalı çok kriterli bir grup karar verme yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Son olarak, önerilen yöntemin geçerliliğini ve sürecini göstermek için açıklayıcı bir örnek verilmiştir.
Complex T-spherical fuzzy aggregation operators and their applications in multi-criteria decision making
This thesis consists of six sections. In Section 1, detailed literature review and motivation of the thesis are presented. In Section 2, extensions of the fuzzy sets and complex fuzzy sets are given with their examples. In Section 3, the Dombi operators on CTSFSs are introduced and based on Dombi operators, some aggregation operators, including Complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging (CTSDFWAA) operator, Complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy weighted geometric averaging (CTSDFWGA) operator, Complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted arithmetic averaging (CTSDFOWAA) operator, Complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging (CTSDFOWGA) operator are defined and obtained some of their properties. In Section 4, the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method under the CTSF environment is developed and presented an algorithm for the proposed method. Also, to show the process of the proposed method, an example related to diagnosing the COVID-19 is given. In Section 5, to reveal the advantages and restrictions of the proposed method, a sensitivity analysis is presented. In Section 6, some explanations about the obtained results and works to be presented in the future.
Hesitant T-spherical fuzzy sets and their applications in decision-making
This thesis consists of eight sections. In Section 1, detailed literarature review and motivation of the paper are presented. In Section 2, generalizations of fuzzy sets. In Section 3, the concept of the hesitant T-spherical fuzzy (HTSF) set, the score and accuracy functions of the hesitant T-Spherical fuzzy elements, and the set operations between the hesitant T-Spherical fuzzy sets are defined and examples of them are given. In Section 4, Dombi operators among HTSF elements are introduced and based on Dombi operators, hesitant T-spherical Dombi fuzzy (HTSDF) weighted arithmetic averaging operator, HTSDF weighted geometric averaging operator, HTSDF ordered weighted arithmetic averaging operator and HTSDF ordered weighted geometric averaging operator are defined and some properties of them are investigated. In Section 5, a multi-criteria group decision making method has been developed in the HTSF environment and an algorithm for the proposed method is presented. In addition, an example of personal selection is given to demonstrate the operation of the proposed method. In Section 6, an analysis by the parameter in the aggregation operators presented is presented. In Section 7, a table and commentary showing comparisons between the generalizations of fuzzy sets are given. In Section 8, some explanations about the obtained results and works to be presented in the future.
Distance measures of hesitant complex neutrosophic sets and their application in decision-making
This thesis consists of six sections. In Section 1, detailed literature review and motivation of the thesis are presented. In Section 2, definitions of fuzzy set, complex fuzzy set, and some of their generalizations are given with their examples. In Section 3, the concept of hesitant complex neutrosophic sets is introduced a score and accuracy functions for hesitant complex neutrosophic elements are defined. In Section 4, Hamming, Euclidean and Haussdorf distance measures formulas between two hesitant complex neutrosophic sets are defined and some results are obtained. Also, weighted distance measures between two hesitant complex neutrosophic sets are introduced. In Section 5, a multiple criteria decision-making method based on the proposed distance measures is developed and its application in decision making problem is presented. In Section 6, it is made some explanations about the obtained results and works to be planned in the future.
Q-rung Orthopair fuzzy sets and their similarity measures
This thesis consists of five sections. In Section 1, a detailed literature review and motivation of the thesis are presented. In Section 2, some fundamental definitions are given to be used in the next part of the thesis. In Section 3, Cosine, weighted Cosine, cotangent and weighted cotangent similarity measure methods between intuitionistic fuzzy sets existing in literature are presented and they are supported by examples. In Section 4, some similarity and weighted similarity measure methods of q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets based on distance measure are presented in the light of existing studies in the literature. Also, Dice and generalized Dice similarity measure methods for q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets in literature and examples of them are presented. In Section 5, some explanations about methods are given.

İkinci bölümde esnek küme tanımı ve esnek küme işlemleri örnekleri ile açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, tip-2 esnek kümenin tanımı ve küme işlemleri tanıtılmış ve örnekleri verilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde tip-2 esnek küme işlemleri ve tip-2 esnek kümelerin görüntü kümeleri ile ilgili bazı özellikler sunulmaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde, tip-2 esnek kümelerin karar verme problemine bir uygulaması verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde, tezin sonuçları ile ilgili bazı açıklamalar verilmiştir.
