Abstract (EN)
In present work, we synthesized twelwe chiral amide derivatives [1a-f and 2a-f] in high yields by the reaction of (S)-(+)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthylamine/(R)-(-)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthylamine with various 4-substitutedbenzoyl chlorides in diethylether at room temperature. All reactions have been monitored by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). Structures of all synthesized compunds have been illuminated not only by physical and chemical methods and also spectroscopic methods such as UV-Vis, FT IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and Elemental Analysis (C, H, N, S) technique.
