Abstract (EN)
Due to their importance in the discovery and development of new drugs in synthetic chemistry, the subject of synthesis and derivatization of heterocyclic motifs gains increasing interest day by day. Because of the biological importance of 1,2,3-triazole and phthalimide rings, our research interest has been how to combine both fragments to create a more effective new motif. Since both units have very wide biological activity ranges and their usefulness in preparing compounds with a wide variety of biological activity from drugs by bioconjugation, the synthesis of new hybrid 1,2,3 triazole and derivatives containing phthalimide ring was targeted in this thesis study. For this purpose, in the first step of the study, the key compound A3 were synthesized by a method known in the literature from the starting compound phthalimide (1). By performing the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of the A3 compound with various azide derivatives (A4, A5, A6) under Cu+2 catalysis, the target products T7, T8, T9 compounds, which have not yet been reported in the literature, were synthesized. The structures of the target products (T7, T8, T9) were characterized by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, HRMS, FT-IR and MP determinations. In the second step of the study, in vitro inhibition studies of the newly synthesized triazole compounds against tyrosinase, acetylcholinesterase and pancreatic lipase enzymes were performed by measuring their IC50 values and potential inhibitory effects. Also, ABTS+ cation radical scavenging activity, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, reducing capacity according to FRAP and CUPRAC methods were studied to determine the antioxidant activities of the synthesized compounds (T7, T8, T9).
