Abstract (EN)

The aim of 112 Emergency Health Service is to reach to the people who was injured or the people who became ill as soon as possible and within the bounds of possibility is to make the necessary first emergency medical care in the event area and during the transportation.With this application is aimed to prevent the patient?s situation of death and mutilation and to minimize their pains. 112 Emergency Health Service starts to serve in the event area where the patients and injured are located, goes on continuously to serve during the transportation. When the patient is reached to the hospital, the service ends with the delivering of the patients and injured to the head doctor of Emergency Health Service and Health Personnels.This study with which is aimed that is to research the management and organization?s structure of 112 Emergency Health Service and to solve the problems which are arisen from negativity thanks to occupational health and safety with the influences. With this study is aimed to research of the structure of the management and organization of 112 emergency services in a city of Marmara region, the relationship between manager and directed, the application of occupational health and safety. And also is aimed to solve the problems.In this study was made a survey with the face-to-face interview method, SWOT analysis and a case study with the face-to-face interview method. The surveys data which was applied to the 112 personnels was researched at the programme of SPSS 16,0 The frequency table of all the questions which is in the survey study was taken and commented. 36 questions from the survey study were chosen. The average and standard deviation of these questions are calculated. Between the tests of Anova, Kruskal-Wallis and T and variables differences were researched. In some part of these chosen questions the test of Post Hoc (Scheffe/Tukey HSD) was applicated. The level of variables differences were examined. In the statistical analysises was utilized 0.05 threshold limit value as significance level.According to the findings which were found in 112 service were determined that the principal management functions which are planning, organization, mechanism of orientation and control didn?t function efficiently and productively and depending on this problem the workplaces which are belong to 112 Emergency Health Services didn?t meet the present legislations provisions of physical standards, this legislation was found insufficient, was not taken necessary safety precautions and the personal protective equipment of 112 service?s personnels and personnel?s uniforms were insufficient. It was determined that the 112 service?s ambulances were insufficient from the physical and technical terms and in the terms of the personnel and patient safety. It was determined that in-service-training for the 112 service?s personnels were not sufficient and wasn?t applied the promotion and advancement system on the job for the personnels. It came up that a mechanism which increases motivation and productiveness as rewarding, job rotation and early retirement wasn?t functioned. And it was determined that the manager didn?t interested with personnel?s problems and the problems that belong to the workplaces.
