Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the search is the nutrition habits, physical activity, VİK, the percentage of body max of teenegers who are in adolescence period. It is determined whether or not the number of volunteer students who will participate in the work is enough with a preliminary study by the help of the school director and PE teachers who have looked at the schools where the work will be completed in 2009-2010 spring education year. Volunteer students who are not doing sports regulary and who don?t have any disability are provided to participate in the study.Measurements were done in February and June. School managers were informed in detail about the the study. In measurements pedometres for physical activity analysis, information forms for nutrition habits and bio empedans method for body max percentage and VİK value were used. As a statistical method firstly Kolmogorov-Simirnov Test was applied to determine whether or not datas have a normal distirubition. As results did not show a normal delivery, parametrik tests were used. In our search, we used T tests for comparing those.Besides, we used One Wey Anova tests according to the VKI groups. Study results; it is obvious that according to the genders of the participants? percentage of body max, there was an understanable difference . However, there was not an understanable difference among VKI steps average, the distances they have reached so far. But ıt is seen thet there is an unders tandoble difference the counnt et energy the got. At the end of the study, it is observed that there is a significant difference between the % fat (T;-4,46, P<0.05) and there is a significant difference between the energy taken daily (T;-0,24, P<0.05) but there is no difference between the BMI (T;-1,19, P<0.05), there is no difference between the percentage of the step numbers (T;-0,49, P<0.05) and there is no significant differnce between the distances they took (T;-0,49 ,P<0.05) in terms of the genders of the subjects. And it is seen that the percentages of % fat difersify significantly (F; 21,618, p<0.05) but the percentages of the step numbers (F; 0,972, p>0.05), the percentages of the distances they took (F; 0,972, p>0.05) and the percentages of the energy taken daily (F; 1,437, p>0.05) do not diversify significantly in the terms of weight subject groups. The results of the study support the studies that have been done before. It can be the results of direct relationships between the percentage of body max and the group of weight. It is thought that there is not a difference among the results because of the quality of the education instituition. It may be beneficial to do the same studies at instituitions that have double education to disable the effect of education instituition. Keywords: Physical Activity, Nutrition, Body Composition.
