Abstract (EN)

Aim: We aimed to determine the different types of postures in women aged 18-25 and how these postures affect the pressure and forces that affect the foot. Method: 44 volunteer female students aged between 18-25 participated in the study. The criteria for this study is to be volunteer to participate in the study, AOFAS score to be 100, BMI 17-29.9 kg / m² within the boundaries, the lower extremity surgery has not undergone surgery and the last six months related to lower extremity trauma, the absence of a history of sprains, known neurological, metabolic, endocrine, rheumatic and visual field loss. For posture evaluation, seven angles on volunteers' photos taken from 4 directions were calculated in the ImageJ program. Head position, coronal shoulder angle, thoracic kyphosis, lumbar lordosis, Q angle, hip angle and vertical alignment of the body (VVD). 2 groups were formed according to Q angle Q≥20 (n = 15) and Q<20 (n = 29). Pedobarographic measurements of these two groups were performed with HR Mat platform. Results: When the pedobaragraphic data between the two groups, no statistically significant difference was found (p> 0.05). For each group; pelvic inclination subtalar angle, the vertical alignment of the body and the Q-angle values and the comparison of pedobarographic data showed a correlation between the different masking areas for both groups. Sonuç: Results show that the affect of parameters for the posture are significantly associated with the plantar pressure data. The use of insoles to compensate for the foot pressure distribution in the case of postural disorders will provide significant benefit, especially in individuals with concomitant chronic disease. Key words: Posture, Q angle, pedobarographic analysis, photogrammetry
