Abstract (EN)

In this research, art and sport and their influence to one another were examined thru works of art and artists. Enhance the expression of the movement on a two dimensional surface , supporting methods researched , it evaluated the integrity of the composition . The concept of surface movement planning , sports figures are illustrated by considering the composition of fiction. Sports and athletes influence on artists thru struggle, competition, balance and artistic value were observed. With the aim of achieving a peaceful world and healthier generation, Baron Pierre de Coubertin, pedagogue historian writer and founder of Modern Olympics, figured only artist can illustrate the beauties of sports and lead the way to include arts in Olympics. Thus, in 1912, sport-themed works of art competed for the first time under the name of "art contests". In this research, concretization of painting in sports discipline was exemplified. The relation between sports and arts was also examined over motion concept and composition expression. Key Words: Movement, balance, artistic, sport
