Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTThe Balkans has been a frequented place during centuries for different kinds ofnations because of its strategical location. Because of the 1789 French Revolotuion?sindependence ideas to spread among the nations that living in the Balkans, especialyhave effected the independence movement.This process that to gain speed in 19century, in 20.th century has reached to its summit.These years which have coincided to The Ottoman Empire?s down, at the sametime, laid the foundations of the Turkish Republic.The Turkish Republic, which the leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was built, triedto established the close relations with the Balkans that was remained Turkishsovereignty very lom years. There were a large number of Turkish minorities in Balkansand also Balkanlar has a strategical importance for Turkey?s safety, all of these havereflected positively to the Turkey?s relations with Balkan countries.Just as, Turkey, in the beginning of the 1930, has eliminated its problems withall the Balkan countries and established friendly relations. Because of these closerelations, they signed to each other bileteral defence agreement like 1933 Turkish-GreekAgreement and also these relations have secured to signed the local defence agreementas the Balkan Pact.Turkey used this safety situation like a means, that to make from bileteralrelations, to make easy its race?s living in the Balkan Countries.The peace situation that was established by Turkey?s very dense diplomaticenterprise effect,after 2.nd World War?s development with agitation,have gone bad.Turkey paid attention the political enterprise that aimed at the Balkans bothSSCB?s threat and aimed at American?s political enterprise to the Balkans. So, Turkeyhave to pay more attention international dynamics, its politic enterprise aimed atBalkans.
