Abstract (EN)

Following the collapse of the socialist system in 1989, countries that moved to a market economy have begun the process of transitioning their economic systems. With the collapse of communist system in 1989, the need for economic and political rehabilitation arose in Bulgaria, which is one of these countries. Bulgaria's industrial relations system began to change and develop after November 10, 1989, when the country transitioned to democracy and a market economy. This study aims to examine Bulgaria's industry relations, which underwent a transformation as a result of the economic system that changed after 1989. The evolution of the modern industry system is also thoroughly investigated. In this study, the industrial relations system, which was restructured with the transition to the market economy after 1989, was analyzed in the context of actors and policies. In the study, a historical perspective was examined by using secondary data sources
