Abstract (EN)
This study will explore how artificial intelligence causes human rights violations in today's world. The uniqueness of artificial intelligence compared to technological advancements in history will be emphasized to highlight its significance. Throughout history, humanity has been influenced by technological advancements, which can be observed in economic, social, and political dimensions. The impact of technological advancements on human rights is also an undeniable reality. The exponential development feature of artificial intelligence, the incompleteness of artificial intelligence knowledge, and the unrestrained progress of artificial intelligence are its distinguishing characteristics. The subsequent sections of the study will delve into the history, content, future, and areas of application of artificial intelligence to address the current issue of information deficiency. Artificial intelligence has become a technology utilized in all aspects of human life. Its development is made possible by humans. While emphasizing the pervasive presence of artificial intelligence in all spheres of life in the second section, its progress will also be highlighted. Even during the course of this study, significant developments have taken place in the field of artificial intelligence. This fact demonstrates the importance of artificial intelligence in the history of humanity. In order to comprehend the impact of artificial intelligence on human rights, the concept of human rights will be contextualized, emphasizing the continued importance of human rights in today's world, and the necessity to contemplate and strive for them. The discussion will touch upon the rights that artificial intelligence can violate by referring to some main human rights conventions. The insufficient regulatory measures to prevent the impact of artificial intelligence on human rights will be emphasized. At the conclusion of the study, the importance of addressing the lack of knowledge about artificial intelligence, prioritizing artificial intelligence education, and the necessity for governments and the international community to implement sanctions that can prevent or halt the impact of artificial intelligence on human rights will be highlighted. Humans should always remain at the center as the creators and users of artificial intelligence, which should be used as a tool. Initiatives that would undermine human dignity and result in degrading effects should be prevented, and artificial intelligence should serve as a supportive mechanism that enhances human life.
