Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of six chapters. The frist chapters has been seperated to the introduction part giving preliminaries abaut topic.In the second chapter, some basic definition and informations have been presented concerning Euclied and Minkowski Space and Bishop Frame.The third chapter is consisted of biharmonic curves in Euelied 3-space .Taking up curves suppiying here are same choracterzations and results have been given for curve.In the fourth chapter, biharmonic curves in Minkowski 3-space ( timelike, spacelike and null curves ) and same canditians abaut these curves are studied.In the fifth chapter, Biharmonic curves according to Bishop frame in euclied 3- space is examined appiying similier conditions.Biharmonic curves according to Bishop Frame in Minkowski-3 Space is examined in the last chapter. In addition this curves is studied separetely.
