Abstract (EN)

Performance evaluation has a very important mission for awarding, punishing, career development and succeeding the job in the view point of the personnel when it has a mission to determine the personal contribution and the level of actualization of the aims in the view point of the organization.The personnel must be adapted to the system for an affective goal. In this aim, one of the most important factors is the organizational justice sensation since it is an important topic to evaluate the performance for the managers and the personnel. Moreover, it could be understood that the performance evaluation affects the organizational justice.In the last years, 360 degree performance evaluation is frequently preferred since it enhances the effectiveness of the organizations and fills the deficiencies of conventional ones in. It is available to obtain multidimensional feedbacks and to measure the proficiency with this method; therefore, this method has more potential in comparison the other models with its reliable, equitable and legal results in the point of persistence and acceptability.
