Defining the programs of special provincial administrative buildings according to code numbered 5302

Provincial directorate of administration, which is an unit of local goverment, has taken an important place in provincail administration since the validation of Special Provincial Administrative Code numbered 5302 in 2005. In this study, physical space needs in special provincial administrative buildings are determined according to definitions and entrustings in Special Provincial Administrative Code numbered 5302. Beyond, special provincial administrative buildings, which are placed in defining area examined using Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) method. Special provincial administrative buildings have been evaluated by making physical space analyses, observations and interviews in determined area. By gathering the findings acquired in the evaluation study, the programs of special provincial administrative buildings are defined. The transfer of the information acquired as the result of the evaluation to the following projects as datum, and the adaptation of this information to the projection process, thus the new project being more successful are aimed at.
