Transcription and analysis of Gaziantep Sheri̇a Record numbered 61 (H.1124-1125/M.1712-1713 ad. p.101-200)

Sharia registry note -book (the national registry note- book) ,The Ottoman Empire's military contains information about economic, legal, religious administrative institutions and other many areas. Researchers who are interested in the history of court registers book,which will be very profitable because small town,village and neighborhood names; commercial, criminal and all legal decisions; people's livelihood style, economic and social life with all details are included in this book. For this reason, the research is reguired in otoman history and examination of these documents which should be translated into modern Turkish. Our thesis court registers of Gaziantep No. 61 is between page 101 and 200. Records cover Hijri 1124-1125 / Gregorian 1712-1713. Through the translation of the said registers in Gaziantep between the years hijri 1124-1125 and gregorian 1712-1713/ it is reached on the state political, social, economic, administrative, financial, legal, factual information.
