Abstract (EN)
In this study, we have tried to examine the legal aspects of leasing contracts, which have been rearranged by 6361 numbered Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies Law, as a result of changes and emerging needs practice observed in the financial sector . Rights of the parties and the subjects which are controversial in practice have been examined in details. The application is supported by examples from the Supreme Court .
