Abstract (EN)
It was aimed to reach information about how quality was affected by associating with the demographic characteristics of the participants in this study that was conducted in A group travel agencies focused on increasing the quality under the name of strategic management in travel agencies. It was also aimed to add a process approach to the chain and to reach a sustainable level in order to reach the 2023 vision by developing today's general tourism understanding. Further developments of the studies were focused on emphasizing the coordination and control phase which is regarded as the elements of strategic management. As a result of essential research and development studies, it is one of the determined goals to create a brand. In addition to these, following the technological possibilities and benefiting from its opportunities are among the elements that should be provided and followed on the road to success. Since the objectives in strategic management are also achieved with the employeses, a survey is considered to be conducted. With this survey, the change in quality was observed depending on the demographic characteristics of the employees.
