EU youth policy and works of it for young people in Turkey

In this thesis project, detailed information will be given about European Union youth policies and studies on the young population in Turkey. In the first chapter of the project, youth concept will be identified and national youth policies, characteristic features of Turkish young population, youth policies and studies in Turkey, organizations and foundations that concern young people will be analyzed. In the second chapter of the project, EU youth policies will be researched and studies for young population living in Europe, studies of other international organizations, dimensions of youth activities in various fields will be examined. In the last chapter, the impact of EU youth policies over Turkish youth will be discussed. How these studies were applied in Turkey will be reviewed by correspondence analysis, comparisons, and samples. On EU decisions in such fields as education, health, sports, and culture that concern the youth; EU youth policies and other organizations' support and cooperation are too important. Turkey, on the path of becoming a member state of the EU, tries to comply with the EU youth policies. At the end of the thesis, we will have analyzed the youth activities in Turkey under various headings and see whether or not they comply with the EU processes.
