Abstract (EN)
In this due diligence the mass comminicaiton that has a special place in connecting with humanity and special radio and televisions enter to our life as of the 1990?s they used media to recive priority consideration in the process of turkey's problems with cyprus in the EU. The application for the membership of Turkey in to the EU was accepted in the Helsinki Summit in 1999; Turkey improved itself to try to gain acces in to the EU then the media how to change, factors to play a part in this changing has been research with references. Consequently, the media which is, its agenda intensified to process EU did analysis in this chapter activity of to constute of public opinion, in the process of public opinion propaganda and manuplution. At the this frame, The media is trying to control the public opinoun by using propaganda and manuplution in to the prevention of Turkey's acceptence in to the EU.
