Abstract (EN)

Wheat is one of the most consumed, produced and stored grain products in the world. It is estimated that the demand for wheat has increased and will increase in parallel with the increasing world population. It was carried out in Ahlat district of Bitlis province in 2021-2022 in order to determine the effects of environmentally friendly plant growth promoting bacteria applications on plant growth, yield and yield elements in tir wheat. As bacterial applications, PGPB activity was previously demonstrated in greenhouse and field conditions, including TV53D Brevibacillus choshinensis with phosphate solvent and nitrogen-fixing properties, KF57A Advenella kashmirensis and KF63C Paenibacillus xylanilyticus, nitrogen-fixing KF3B Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus with 5 different bacteria application together with KF58B frigorian bacteria. There were 8 applications, 50% and 100% chemical fertilizer and control, and tir wheat was used as plant material in the study. As a result of the research; plant height 69,1 to 84,7 cm, spike length 7,6 to 9,6 cm, number of siblings 2,7 to 3,2, starch ratio 65,6% to 70,0, harvest index 10,5% It was determined that the weight of 17,3 and thousand grains varied between 48,9 and 53,7 g. In the study, it was determined that there were significant statistical differences between the bacterial applications in terms of plant height and the number of spikes per square meter, and it was determined that the difference between the bacterial applications was not at the level of statistical significance in terms of other characteristics examined. KF3B Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus and KF63C Paenibacillus xylanilyticus bacterial strains were determined to give better results compared to other applications, It is suggested that it can be used as an alternative nutrient in the production of tir wheat because the application of bacteria positively affects plant growth parameters, is environmentally friendly and the use of chemical fertilizers, which has increased in recent years, causes a significant input cost.
