Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, nine products were synthesized for the preparation and characterization of acyl glycolate and acyl glycolamide derivatives as potential fragrance compounds. The synthesis method is based on the reaction of alkyl 2-chloroacetate compounds with salts of organic acids in DMF. Solvent extraction and crystallization methods were used to purify the obtained compounds. The molecular structures of the fragrance compounds were determined using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS, and FTIR instruments. The odor characteristics of the aroma compounds were evaluated by the laboratory team in the dried state on filter papers, taking into account a number of standard fragrance substances.
