Abstract (EN)
In this study, Fusarium Wilt Disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici was determined in tomato production areas in Yüreğir and Karataş districts of Adana province. The effect of fungicides (Hymexazole and Fluazinam),Biological preparations (T-22 Planter Box and Trianum) and plant activators was investigated. (Messenger, Crop-Set, Isr-2000,Fosetyl-Al) known to promote resistance to this pathogen on mycelial growth and the effect of greenhouse on pot formation The prevalence of the disease was 29.2% in Karataş and 49.7% in Yüreğir. When the fungalicides were examined for mycelial development of FOL, fluazinam inhibited the pathogen development by 62% in a low concentration such as 1 ppm, while hymexazole only achieved 63% effect at 100 ppm. Volatile antibiotics and biological preparations applied in dual culture inhibited the mycelial development of FOL by 9.8% to 37.2%. Of the plant activators, FOL inhibited mycelial growth due to the increase in fosetyl-al concentration, but after 700 ppm this inhibition remained constant. fosetyl-al was found to be successful among all applications in terms of the effect of the pathogen on inhibition of mycelial growth. When the effects of fungicide, plant activator and biological preparations on FOL disease formation were examined, both fungicide fluazinam and hymexazole also showed the lowest disease index value of messenger from activators. hymexazole and fosetyl-al were the best inhibitör of the pathogens progression in the transmission bundles. The effectiveness of these applications was determined respectively 80% and 83%. As a result, it is concluded that fosetyl-al application together with fungicides may be effective in combating Fusarium Wilt.
