Abstract (EN)

In this study, income level, expence of consumption, of students who live on board in Çukurova University Fevzi Çakmak dormitory are investigated. Investigation material is composed by data tidied up via the survey to the students who get education in Çukurova University and who board on Fevzi Çakmak dormitory. For the 1991 -1992 education season, total number of students is 16.410 in Çukurova University. 5.677 of them is female and 1 0.733 of them is male. 20,88 of these total students live on board at dormitory. 88, 48 of students who live on board at dormitory live at Fevzi Çakmak dormitory. Meeting is done with the total 350 students (2.58 of students who live at Fevzi Çakmak Dormitory). The students joining in survey are choosen randomly. 65,4% of students who board on Fevzi Çakmak Dormitory are male and 34,6 8 of them are female. 52,6% of those students are glad their live,73,3 8 of them have, low income level, and remain 32,3$ of them have high income level. 55,78 of students found a little enough the service of meal in Dormitory canteen and 36,3 8 of them found a little enough the service of drinking in Dormitory.lt is found that 84,68 of students get lunch in university central cafeteria. 56,78 of students found enough that lunch in university central cafeteria contained enough food minerals. At January 1993, according to menu list in Çukurova University central cafeteria, it is found that 51,88 of students claimed that chicken- Yoghourt is well cooked meal, and 32,58 of students claimed that leek - Sweet is not well cooked meaLAnd also, 59,6 8 of students enjoy the Chicken- Yoghourt meal, and, 30,78 of students dont enjoy the Leek-Sweet meal. 30,38 of students claim that Leek-Sweet in mostly remained over meal. At the central cafeteria of University, 53,18 of students claimed that the oil used in the meals is normal. 65,4 8 of these students found that the salt used in the meals is normal, and 70,28 of students claimed that the cooking of the meat in the meal is normal. The lunch time is found normal by 93,38 of students. When "the students went to the city,66,98 of them get the meal there.59,7 8 of students have gone to their contry at the end of somester, and 80,78 of these students have brought their food from their country. Source of income of the 67,08 of students, boardon Fevzi Çakmak Dormitory is59 their family, and of the 20,5$ of students is education credit. 26,2% of total expenditure, of students board on Fevzi Çakmak Dormitory, is for feed, 19,4$ it is for transportation, 19,0$ of it is for wearing, 13,7$ of it is for cultural expenditure, 1 1,3$ of it is for drinking,8, 1 $ of it is for act of claning and 2,4$ of it is for health, tour and special situations.
