It is a research of regainibilaty outflow water of Adana Industrial zone's purification establisment by using advanced purification methods(physicochemical methods: Coagulation-flocculation+perlite filtration) in the texitile industry

In this study, the regaining of outflow water of waste water purification system of Adana industrial zone as process water in textile industry by the coagulation system using fly ash of Afşin Elbistan as a cogulation fly ash and perlit adsorption system is investigated. Along with the search, the waste water samples from Adana OSB (AOSB) wastewater treatment system outflow were taken, analyzed according to the standard methods and obtained results of physicochemical purification compared to the textile industry process water peculiarity. Outflow of waste water treatment systems water?s chemical purification outputs which are composed of Fly ash + Perlit and Perlit + Fly ash are analyzed and highest removal rates achieved from Fly ash+ Perlit systems. Obtained results with Perlit + Fly ash system are %86 KOİ, % 98 AKM and % 98 oil-grass, % 53 sulfate, % 50 phosphate, % 68 nitrate, % 71 nitrite and it is observed that values of water are close to the rates of process water of textile industry.
