Adaptation of software development micro-teams in complex work environments

With the development of technology and changing living conditions, customer expectations also change. As technology advances, workflows become more complex and the competitive environment is getting fierce. In this competitive environment, it is necessary to respond to customer demand in the desired time and efficiently. In order to achieve all of these, institutions must constantly review their processes and improve their requirements. With this thesis, it was aimed to contribute to the technological development of micro teams in the banking software companies working in complex structures, coordination of working order, and reduction of duty coordination. It was also aimed to clarify the problems experienced during the study period, to evaluate the causes, to find solutions, and to increase the awareness of small groups in large companies. In line with these objectives, the steps to be taken in order to adapt to the technology such as process improvement, continuous improvement, process management, and software development processes were investigated extensively. The accuracy of the hypotheses of the study consists of interviews with 16 people selected from different employees (software developers, testers, business units of the roles of the institutions as well as software specialist software company to the demand of bank) working in the same sector but with common denominators working in the banking sector. By evaluating the problems with the data obtained, it has been tried to shed light on the adaptation of the process management processes of small teams in large companies.
