The effect of the candidate image in termes of voter choice the example of Yılmaz Büyükerşen

In the developing and the changing world, the images that the people have start to identify them to the other people. In our lifes, images come to an important items and start to make us uniq. In the business or the social life the persons start to search a different images to provide themselves different identities. With the entering of the image items in our social lifes, they start to effect the other sides like politics. In the changing world, the politics start to change too. In todays world with the suitability of individualization, candidates and candidate images start to be a more important concepts than the political parties and the political concepts. The voters start to give their votes to the candidates than the political parties. This orientation makes the candidate image concept more important and effect the voters choice.The main aim of this research is to identify how the candidate image effect the woman and man voters choice. For this reason in the research, Yılmaz BÜYÜKERŞEN?s candidate image in the 2009 Eskişehir local elections was investigated and evaluated with the main concepts of leadership and candidate image theories. This research was made in Eskişehir with 50 woman and 50 man by using face to face field working techniques and the main idea of this research is resisting the data?s that we get from that samples.
