Abstract (EN)
Turkey is located in a risky region in terms of earthquakes. Earthquakes that occurred in the recent past caused significant loss of life and property in Turkey. Therefore, providing suitable action plans after disasters is extremely important for limiting the further loss of life and responding to the injured promptly. One of the most crucial requirements in disaster management is the rapid access of people to health services. In this thesis, we developed alternative locations and, various criteria have been determined for the field hospital site selection after the disaster. Then, it is aimed to determine the best alternatives under many scenarios using the VIKOR method. The results are analyzed by applying the proposed methodology in the Central Districts of Ankara Province.
