Abstract (EN)

This thesis includes introduction, phonetics, morphology, conclusion and glossary parts.The name of Tahar City, the geographic location and demography of this region were discussed in the introduction part, and the short information related to geographic location, population, ethnical status, life style as well as history of Hocagar district of which accents we discussed was delivered in that part, as well.The part of phonetics includes two sections as consonants and vowels. In these parts, all letters were individually demonstrated and sound events were examined, as well.In the morphology part the noun inflections, adjective types, pronoun types, verb inflections and prepositions were discussed. In addition, these subjects were severally examined.All the subjects discussed under phonetics and morphology was supported with the examples from the texts.In the part of conclusion, the substantial phonetics and morphological characteristics of the accents of Tahar Province, Hocagar District was detailed.In the part of bibliography, the references we used were given. In addition, some references that were not used but delivered information to us were delivered in that part, as well.
