The Muslim family is considered the first and basic building block in building the Islamic society, and in light of its goodness and cohesion, the good of society is decided and determined, and thus the good of the nation. Therefore, focusing on it as a basic unit of society was necessary, and protecting and preserving it is a must, and it is not surprising that Islam, within its religious teachings, pays attention to the family. From the first moment, through proper establishment and construction, and establishing methods, preventive methods, and therapeutic methods to resolve any tensions that may arise within the family that may lead to destructive disputes, then working to ensure their continuity and not allowing social diseases to enter into them, which contribute directly or indirectly. With its disintegration and the disintegration of its family contract, Islam therefore made its five purposes and universals basic principles for preserving the honor and honor of the Muslim family. This is why our choice in this study of the Qur'anic approach as the main source of Islamic legislation was a must, for devising social legislation, especially what concerns family life. Therefore, it came This modest study aims to extrapolate the Qur'anic texts related to the beginning of family life extending to its end, and here our study focuses on a purposeful study of the Qur'anic verses, which concern an aspect of the family, by dividing this topic into three main stages: The first stage: The approach of the Holy Qur'an before forming a family. The second stage: The approach of the Holy Qur'an after formation and during the normal life of the family collision with technology, which has become a necessary need and at the same time a painful affliction, and has caused many Of the health, psychological and moral problems of family members and society as well, but the Holy Qur'an provides adequate and sufficient solutions to all of those problems that we mentioned above, since the Holy Qur'an is the eternal book of this nation, its comprehensive constitution, and its true and faithful guide, and in the middle of this study I mentioned in detail and within the available space the most important. The purposes and objectives of the Holy Qur'an, which were behind the formation of the marriage project, building the family, reconstructing the earth, preserving the human race, preserving society from vices, moral corruption, and social acquaintance, and achieving sociability, affection, and mercy between spouses and family members, and the like, and this is sufficient and a cure for the Islamic nation for what it brought. Positive theories, which claim to aim to protect and form the family, are in fact riddled with many defects and shortcomings, and behind them is a malicious intention to erase the Muslim family, promote corruption, and collapse society.
