Abstract (EN)

Related to our country's health care system in recent years ulaştırılabilin solution to the problems that, after a number of studies since 2003, starting implementation of the health transformation program changes were introduced in the health sector. Health Transformation Program is a people-oriented programs, one of the components of primary health care services within the scope of application of the Family Medicine model. This model; friendly individuals to reside and communicate with them all kinds of accessibility of being, continuity, koordinec, defender, reassuring, protective treatment and rehabilitative many more features like being individuals with their expectations and their satisfaction to increase the applied purposes of providing quality service discipline model. In the study of health and health services in primary health care services within the scope of Family Medicine explaining the new era which consists of individuals, family practice focused on the concept of the expectations and satisfaction. BSNL services provided in the city center on family medicine unit, people; level of knowledge of these services is how important it is for people, and that expectations about how they found the service provided in order to assess their satisfaction with the field work are included. As a result of persons, knowledge, expectations and satisfaction are high bulunarak, BSNL expectations be met in the city center where family medicine has emerged.
