Abstract (EN)

For this experiment unannealed fluorite cyristal was studied for different heating rates (3°C/s, 5°C/s, 7°C/s, 9°C/s ) by giving 5Gy dose. The same sample is annealed at 200°C, 300°C and 400°C for 15 minutes, and after each annealing different doses were given between 5Gy and 100Gy with 5°C/s heating rate and TL intensities were recorded. A different fluorite sample is annealed at 50°C, 100°C, 200°C and 300°C for 15 minutes and after each annealing TL measurements were carried out for different heating rates (1°C/s, 3°C/s, 5°C/s, 7°C/s and 10°C/s ) by giving a 5Gy dose. Afterwards using glow curves relation between dose responses and intensities, and between heating rate peak temperatures have been investigated. Then energy trap parameters were determined. Relation between dose response and TL intensity shows a continuous linearity. Peak temperatures, depending on heating rates, were used for determining electron trap depths.
