Abstract (EN)

In this study the effects of toxins which are obtained from four different species of scorpions by the electrical stimulation on the blood parameter of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchusmykiss, Walbaum 1792) are investigated in this study. Androctonus crassicauda (Olivier, 1807), Mesobuthus eupeus phillipsi (Pocock, 1889), Mesobuthus gibbosus (Brullé, 1832) and Mesobuthus nigrocinctus Ehrenberg, 1828 type of scorpion venom has been taken by the method of electrical stimulation. With an average length of 29 ± 1 rainbow trout (Oncorhynchusmykiss, Walbaum 1792) to 63 mL and 31 fish species, 5 L of venom preparation of the intraperitoneal (ip) route of each fish was injected at a dose of 0.5 ml. Some blood parameters (PDW, PCT, MPV, PLT, MCHC, MCH, MCV, HCT, HGB, RBC, NRBC, BA, EO, MO, LY, NE, WBC, ALT, AST, glucose, cholesterol, TP) were examined for. As a result of the analysis obtained difference values are determined.
